Variable weight products (e.g. fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, delicatessen products and cheeses) are offered on the site in indicative sizes and weights.
The actual weight is determined only at the time of preparation of the product, it can vary up to 20% more or less than what is indicatively proposed on the site.
For this reason, where the expense includes one or more of these products, the weight and amount determined at the time of the order may differ from the actual weight and amount calculated at the time the receipt is issued. In case of purchase of variable weight products by credit card, the amount calculated at the time of the order will be determined by adding 20% of the total amount of the variable weight products to the total expense. The above applies to determining the weight and amount. The exact amount of the expense will be communicated with the delivery document and therefore charged to the credit card exclusively when the receipt is issued.
The management of the return must take place at the same time as delivery. The expense must be checked and verified at the time of unloading and any non-compliance must be communicated to the carrier who will note it on the transport document and will be essential for any reimbursement.
In case of absence of the recipient at the unloading address and in the time slot indicated by the same, the delivery will be made within a maximum of two days following the initial delivery date following an additional payment of €9.00 for shipping costs.
If, following the order, one or more products are no longer available, the user will be promptly informed via email or message. The user will then be informed about the availability of the missing product and will have the right to place a new order, if he still wishes.
If the payment has already been made, it is typical to cancel or refund the amount paid.
